Mike Meno aka The Dinwiddies, recently recorded a song that I wrote for a never-realized pop band called the Loveseats.  Meno was to be the drummer in this band, and is the drummer for The Art Department. He’s also a life-long rabblerouser who currently works for the ACLU of North Carolina.

Toto - Human Nature (Demo for Michael Jackson)

I thought this was interesting and cool. John Bettis, a lyricist, and Steve Porcaro from the band Toto wrote Human Nature and recorded this demo for producer Quincy Jones. With permission from Bettis and Porcaro, Jones, who produced Michael Jackson’s Thriller, included it on the album. I really like this version too.

RIP Vivek, I love you.
